Keyna Wilkins is a pioneering Australian/British screen composer-musician at home in many musical worlds. She was one of three finalists in the Australian nation-wide APRA/AMCOS Art Music Awards for Excellence by an Individual in 2018. Films she has written the music for have won international awards such as Best Short Film at the Girl Power Film and Media Summit (New York) and are screened around the world including Bath International Film Festival (UK), Female Feedback Festival (Toronto) and Imagine This International Film Festival (New York). She is an Associate Artist with the Australian Music Centre, has five tunes in the Australian Jazz Realbook, and her composition New Galaxy has been recorded and broadcast and by the ABC. She has studied composition in UK (Bath Spa Uni) Germany (Hildesheim Uni) and completed her M Mus Composition from Sydney Conservatorium in 2017 and can write music in a wide range of styles.
